ERMANNO SCERVINO | SS17 | Key Artist Michelle Webb
Born in Milan, his professional training allowed him to live and breathe the atmosphere of the coolest cities of 70’s and 80’s: from Paris – his second home, to the New York of Andy Warhol, from London to the boho-chic Ibiza as well – treasuring beauties, trends and style that his professional life taught him. Self-taught, after a stint in Paris followed by a period studying architecture in Italy, he learnt everything he knows from Italian mentors in the fields of luxury goods and fashion design. Trained in all the best techniques, he worked with the most prestigious workshops and designers using the most beautiful fabrics, matching them in a unique and new way, prestigious and glam.
Right from the start, he was full of originality; aiming to offer sporty couture styling based on evening jackets offering iconoclastic, free-spirited and innovative luxury, with no danger of unexpected combinations of fabrics and cuts and SS17 is no different. With luxe florals, beautiful patterns and matching shoes in the luxury of gorgeous materials & fabrics.
The look was one of quiet perfection. The models were prepped with Dermalogica; the Ultra Calming Cleanser was sweeped over the face helping keeping the models skin fresh and countering any excess redness, followed by a mist of Multi-active toner to prep the skin properly for the additional of Active Moist (oil free) or Skin Smoothing Cream moisturiser.
To finish the grooming pin-point concealing using Catrice Liquid Camouflage, and if any colour correcting was needed the Catrice Allround Concealer palette freshened especially around the undereye area. The look was completed with a light sweep of Catrice All Matt Plus Shine Control Powder.
