For our second show of the day on our second day at New York Fashion Week our graduates remained at The Gallery at The Dream Downtown in the heart of Lower Manhattan to go backstage with Irina Vitjaz for the Spring/Summer runway show.
Our grads had already done one show at the same venue earlier on today and therefore had already set up and were ready for a new designer and an exciting new make up look, once the key artist had demonstrated the look which was gorgeous glowy skin teamed with a burned orange lip and a bronzed smokey eye blended into a feline shape; it was time to get ready for the models to arrive.
With the makeup complete half of the team were assigned to be on touch ups, meaning that the full model line up was in place and they ran along, checking shine and correcting any little mistakes such as a smudged lip (hungry models!)
The show went lived and as the models sashayed down the catwalk they were greeted by the fashion glitterazzi and a huge amount of photographers that had travelled from all over the world to capture the show!
