It wouldn’t be men’s week for us here at AOFM without our grads working backstage with Christopher Raeburn, a British powerhouse with a point of view that is always made apparent in his collections. Sourcing sustainable materials and combining them with bold prints reflecting global current affairs, Raeburn’s collections are always a focal point of men’s week for the British fashion press and bloggers alike.
The venue was the beating heart of London Fashion Week, 180 the strand, and with a leisurely call time of 11 am, the graduates arrived bright eyed & bushy tailed! Joining the key artist for the briefing for today’s look: wet, wet, wet! That was for both hair and makeup, creating wet-looking skin is actually harder than it looks, sop the grads called upon their skills learned from their time at the academy as well as the instruction from the key artist and set about working their way through the 28 model line up!
Once all of the models were prepped and dressed their lovely winter clothes, it was show time! Observed by the fashion socialites and British fashion press, the show was a massive success!Back to Student Work
